King Triton's Tip Tuesday: Online Tickets

If you are purchasing park tickets (and not staying at a Disney Resort) then you'll receive an email confirmation that has your tickets attached. Here's some important tips on what to do with that email information.

  • If you have a BLUE digital ticket then you can go straight to the line and you can even show your ticket on your phone (YAY! No need to print it out!)

  • However, if you have a YELLOW ticket then you will need to visit the customer service booth at each park entrance in order to receive your actual park ticket.

Despite which color ticket you have, you will also need to have your photo ID as well as the card that you used to purchase the ticket(s). We purchased my dad's ticket with a gift card and they still expected us to have the empty cards to show. I thought that this

was a bit ridiculous but a senior cast member said that it was alright that we didn't have them. However, I will definitely have them in future so as not to deal with this issue.
