A Special Thank You

Today I would like to give a shout-out to my best friend and sister, Lisa. She has always been a big help to me and this blog is no exception. Editing, providing constructive criticism, the "idea maker" and fellow Disney buff, she does it all.

It all started 10 years ago when we went on our first adult Disney trip sans the family. We had so much fun and a tradition began. Whenever we could afford it, we were down in Orlando soaking up as much Disney fun as possible. She is still far more knowledgeable about Disney (as well as other things) than I am, I just happen to be living the high life right here in Orlando now. Lisa was the one who did all of our trip planning, she would research park changes, ride refurbishments, packages, FastPass usage and so much more. Podcasts, books, blogs, everything was utilized in her planning process. I have to admit that I had very little to do with the planning in the beginning, other than agreeing with all of her awesome plans that is! I still remember her reading off ride descriptions to me and us making our "Must Do Ride" List.

Since I am now living in Orlando and we are Annual Passholders we have the luxury of indulging more frequently. This has been our "Year of Disney" as she has already made several trips here for some much-needed Disney, and still has several more before year's end. I am lucky enough to be able to visit the parks about every 1-2 weeks but it's never the same as when I have my favorite Disney Buddy with me.

Suffice to say, I would not be here without her and I just wanted to give her a little thank you for everything that she has done and am sure that she will continue to do! So thank you, Lisa; thank you for the fun, all the screams, the goofy moments and the wonderful memories! May we continue to make more for the rest of our lives!
