Hello everyone! It's finally October and fall is upon us! There's still 27 days left until Halloween, but you can get your trick-or-treating on early at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
Did you know that there are a ton of candy stations set up around Magic Kingdom? As soon as the party starts the hunt for candy can begin! All around the park are Cast Members with barrels full of candy. Just look at your special event map for the locations.
Lisa & I got a tip from a Cast Member this year to make sure to check out the circus tent and boy was that a good tip! Both sides of the circus tent are open for trick-or-treaters. AND each side has three candy stations! What?! We hit both sides because why not? The bulk of our candy came from here and we had quite the haul!
You can bring in your own container for trick-or-treating or you can use the complimentary bags available at every station. If you're going to be doing a lot of trick-or-treating (or have several little ones) then you might want to bring your own as the bags are kinda on the smaller side. We saw people using shopping bags for theirs!
And I wouldn't skip the candy entirely. At the first party that we went to the candy was all Disney candy, i.e. Goofy' Candy Company. Neither of us are too keen on that super sugary candy so almost didn't do it this time around. Holy Snickers Batman! It was really good candy! Dove Chocolates, M&Ms, Snickers, Skittles, Starburst & Milky Way! Yum!! You spent a lot of money on this party so why not get some delicious candy while there?
