King Triton's Tip Tuesday: Dapper Day @ Epcot

Come spend the day in style at Epcot this Saturday for the Dapper Day Fall Soiree! This will be my first Dapper Day and I'm so excited. I didn't buy anything too special (just a couple of accessories) for my outfit but Lisa and I are gonna get all dolled up for a day out with other fashionable guests. All you need is a park ticket to enjoy this special day, but keep in mind that this is not a Disney World event.

There is a private event party (a first) being held at the Living Seas Lounge, but if you don't already have your tickets then you are out of luck for this year as they are sold out. Don't be too glum if you're missing the party though 'cause the Food & Wine Festival is in its last week and there's still plenty of delicious eats & treats to choose from. Let's not forget that "Eat to the Beat" is still going on and Saturday will feature Big Bad Voodoo Daddy! They will be playing 3 sets at the American Gardens Theatre. This does not require any special ticket, just standard park entry.

I'm so looking forward to seeing everyone's outfits, not to mention the hair and accessories! My original outfit was scrapped at the last moment for something a bit more comfortable. Don't forget that you will still be spending time at a Disney park and will most likely be enjoying some rides. It may not be best to wear something that's constricting or uncomfortable. And keep that in mind when choosing your footwear as well! As of now it's supposed to be a nice cool day with some cloud cover, but as I'll be wearing more substantial clothing this should be just perfect.
