Dedicated To Being Your
Medical Home
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Austin Internal Medicine Clinic is closing.
In October Dr. Blancarte will be moving out of state to pursue new opportunities.
We recommend that all of our patients begin to look for another physician.
Our last day in the office will be Friday, September 14th.
To those of you who still need your medical records, please provide a USB drive (4 GB) for them to be loaded onto. Drop the USB in the mail slot with your name and return address and we will mail it back to you when completed. After September 28th we will no longer have ownership of the property and will not be checking for USB drives.
Our Mission
Our Office
We believe in the medical home concept where your primary care physician manages and over-sees your healthcare maintenance and prevention as well as acute problems.
We attempt to contact you the day before your appointment to remind you via phone, text and/or email. However, keeping your appointment is your responsibility.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or no show, there will be a $50 charge.
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa & Discover; as well as cash and checks.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.
We ask that you keep us informed of any other doctors you see, hospitalizations or medication changes. Our goal is to give you the best possible care but that also requires your active participation.
We accept most major insurance plans but not all so always ask us in advance of changing insurance coverage as it may result in you having to pay out of pocket.

The only vaccination that we offer in-office is the influenza vaccine. You can get the Tetanus, Shingles & Pneumonia vaccines at your local pharmacy.
