Dr. B's Diet

WEIGHT LOSS INVOLVES

fresh fruits & vegetables

whole grain breads & cereals 

skim milk

beans

fish

poultry

Red meat is OK on occasion (trimmed of fat, not overly marbled, & not hamburger meat). 

Meats should be grilled, baked, or broiled, not fried. 

Sauces should be lemon or tomato based, not cream based. 

Avoid cheese, ice cream, cookies, cakes, pies and candies. 

Calories overall should be restricted. 

Avoid alcohol.

-Brisk Walking

-Running

-Bicycling

-Swimming

-Exercycle

-Treadmill

-Skiing

-Rowing Machine

-Stepper

-Cardioglide

-Elliptical

Monday -  Thursday 

8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Closed for lunch 12:30-2:00 pm
