Lab Testing:
As of 1/2/2018 our blood draws will no longer be in-office. You will need to request lab orders in advance from our office so that we can fax them to your desired CPL location.
If you use another lab company (IE: Lab Corp, Quest) it is your responsibility to notify us of which one to send the orders to. We can also mail the orders to you directly, however, due to time constraints we will be unable to email lab orders to patients. Please allow at least 24 hrs for the orders to be created and sent.
